An Invasion
The clowning around had gotten out of hand. The clowns were told that someone was going to get hurt. They just couldn't take the warnings seriously. They kept spooking the townsfolk and elevating their pranks to over the top levels.
You see, a clown invasion is a wild, unhinged thing. It doesn't happen very often but on the odd occasion that clowns take over a town, they can really grind the town to a halt. Who wants to drive on streets only to be randomly surrounded by tiny cars, driving around you in circles? Who wants to go on a walk when you might run into a gang of clowns, dangling from the boulevard trees?
So, things got out of hand. And, as warned, a clown got hurt. Now the question is, are the clowns going to seek revenge?
